INPS Japanの浅霧勝浩理事長・マルチメディアディレクターは、包括的核実験禁止条約機関準備委員会（CTBTO）からの招待を受けて、中央アジアのカザフスタン共和国において５日間に亘って開催されたCTBTO青年グループと賢人会議（GEM）合同による「２０１８年青年国際会議」プログラムを取材した。会議期間中、国連グローバル・コミュニケーション局のマルチメディア担当記者と共に、ラッシーナ・ゼルボCTBTO事務局長とのインタビューを収録した。
On 28 August 2018, members of the Group of Eminent Persons (GEM) and the CTBTO Youth Group (CYG) gathered in Kazakhstan’s capital city of Astana for a five-day conference aimed at reflecting on the role of nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation in building global peace and finding ways to strengthen it in the future, specifically through raising the profile of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT).
