季刊誌「世界と議会」にINPS Japanの記事を掲載頂いている尾崎行雄記念財団（会長：大島理森衆議院議長）の「相馬雪香さん没後１０周年の集い（7/28）」が憲政記念館で開催され。相馬さんゆかりの「難民を助ける会」「NPO法人一冊の会」の関係者など約120人が参加した。
INPS-IDN documented the 10th anniversary of the death of Yukika Sohma, the 3rd daughter of Ozaki Yukio, considered as the father of Japanese constitutional democracy held at the Parliamentary Memorial Hall on July 28, 2018 with over 120 participants. This event aimed at contributing to the progress of democracy and Civil Society by introducing organizations engaged in activities while succeeding Ms. Sohma’s will and deepening exchanges among participants. Representatives of two NPOs, Association for Aid and Relief, Japan (AAR Japan) established in 1979 and currently has projects in 15 countries, and ‘Issatsu no kai’, dealing with gender empowerment including FAWA for 50 years, gave presentations on activities initiated/ inspired by Ms. Sohma
