INPS Japanの浅霧勝浩理事長・マルチメディアディレクターは、アフガニスタンの首都カブールで開催されたアフガンメディアフォーラム（主催：Inter Press ServiceとKillig Media Group）を取材するため、インドの同僚アン・二ーナン記者とともに、インド経由でカブールに滞在した。日本からは、JICAの協力を得て、杉下恒夫茨城大学教授をパネリストとして招くとともに、日本政府によるODAの現場を視察した。映像には、フォーラム前のカブール市内視察と、フォーラムの様子、ODAの現場が収録されている。
Katsuhiro Asagiri, President and Multimedia Director of INPS Japan, stayed in Kabul via India with his Indian colleague, journalist Ann Neenan, to cover the Afghan Media Forum held in the Afghan capital and organized by Inter Press Service and Killid Media Group. From Japan, with the cooperation of JICA, Professor Tsuneo Sugishita of Ibaraki University was invited as a panelist, and they also visited sites of Japanese ODA projects. The footage includes scenes from a pre-forum tour of Kabul, the forum itself, and the ODA project sites.
